The unfolding and continued dispute between the Canoe Peoples and The Ship Peoples is clearly demonstrated by the Ship Peoples' Law Society of BC complaint against the Canoe Peoples LawSpeaker (Shqwi'qwal) Goodwin at BC Supreme Court Case S67804; and, in the subsequent Goodwin / Kwa'mutsun Nation State Class Action appeal to the UN to immediately (2013 ) institute the Credentials Committee hearing into the allegations that Canada is not entitled to nation state status; and, therein, further, is not entitled to UN membership; and, finally, that the Ship EIIR Canada has been named as the principal party in cultural genocide by the Truth & Reconciliation Committee Final report 2015; while, this Ship EIIR Canada has breached the UN Charter, Chapter VII by its continued, and relentless illicit hostile military occupancy against the Canoe Peoples (Declarations Guide).
